Condiciones del Servicio de Taller SMD

Estas condiciones regulan el uso de Taller SMD (paquete com.technicoit.tallersmd), un juego para Android desarrollado por TechNicoIT ("nosotros"). Al descargar o usar el juego aceptás estas condiciones. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses el juego.

Nada de lo que dicen estas condiciones limita los derechos que te dan las leyes de protección al consumidor de tu país.

1. Uso del juego

Te damos una licencia personal, no exclusiva e intransferible para instalar y usar el juego en tus dispositivos con fines personales y no comerciales. No podés copiar, modificar, descompilar, redistribuir, vender ni alquilar el juego, salvo en la medida en que la ley lo permita expresamente. También se aplican las Condiciones del Servicio de Google Play.

Si sos menor de edad, necesitás el permiso de tu madre, padre o tutor para usar el juego y para hacer compras.

2. Es una simulación

Taller SMD es una simulación con fines de entretenimiento y aprendizaje. Las placas, las mediciones y las fallas están simplificadas y pueden diferir de lo que pasa con equipos reales. El juego no reemplaza la formación técnica profesional ni las instrucciones del fabricante.

Trabajar con circuitos reales tiene riesgos: descargas eléctricas, quemaduras, incendios y daños a los equipos. Si aplicás lo aprendido en equipos reales, hacelo con las medidas de seguridad adecuadas y bajo tu responsabilidad.

3. Anuncios

El juego es gratuito y muestra anuncios de Google AdMob. Los anuncios los proveen terceros: no controlamos su contenido ni somos responsables de los productos o sitios que anuncian. Qué datos se usan para mostrarlos se explica en la Política de privacidad.

4. Compra "Quitar anuncios"

• Es una compra única y opcional. Google Play la procesa y te muestra el precio en tu moneda antes de confirmar.
• Quita el banner y los anuncios que aparecen entre casos. Los anuncios con recompensa, que podés elegir mirar para obtener una pista, siguen disponibles.
• Queda asociada a tu cuenta de Google. Si cambiás de teléfono o reinstalás el juego, podés recuperarla desde Opciones > Restaurar compras.
• Los reembolsos se rigen por las políticas de reembolso de Google Play, sin perjuicio de los derechos que te dé la ley. Si tenés un problema con tu compra, también podés escribirnos.

5. Tu progreso

Tu progreso y tus opciones se guardan solo en tu dispositivo; no hay copia en la nube. Si desinstalás el juego o borrás sus datos, el progreso se pierde y no podemos recuperarlo.

6. Cambios y disponibilidad

Podemos actualizar el juego, cambiar o quitar funciones, o dejar de ofrecerlo. Nos esforzamos para que funcione bien, pero puede tener errores y no garantizamos que funcione sin interrupciones en todos los dispositivos.

7. Responsabilidad

En la medida en que la ley lo permita, TechNicoIT no es responsable por daños indirectos o derivados del uso del juego o de la imposibilidad de usarlo. Esto no excluye ni limita ninguna responsabilidad que la ley no permita excluir o limitar.

8. Propiedad intelectual

El juego, sus gráficos, textos y diseño pertenecen a TechNicoIT. Taller SMD está hecho con Godot Engine (licencia MIT) y usa otros componentes de terceros bajo sus propias licencias.

9. Cambios en estas condiciones

Si estas condiciones cambian, publicaremos la nueva versión en esta misma página con su fecha de actualización. Si el cambio es importante, también lo avisaremos en la ficha del juego en Google Play.

These terms govern your use of Taller SMD (package com.technicoit.tallersmd), an Android game developed by TechNicoIT ("we"). By downloading or using the game you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.

1. Using the game

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the game on your devices for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, decompile, redistribute, sell or rent the game, except to the extent expressly permitted by law. The Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

If you are a minor, you need permission from a parent or guardian to use the game and to make purchases.

2. It is a simulation

Taller SMD is a simulation for entertainment and learning. The boards, measurements and faults are simplified and may differ from real equipment. The game does not replace professional technical training or the manufacturer's instructions.

Working on real circuits carries risks: electric shock, burns, fire and damage to equipment. If you apply what you learned to real equipment, do so with proper safety measures and at your own responsibility.

3. Ads

The game is free and shows ads from Google AdMob. Ads are provided by third parties: we do not control their content and are not responsible for the products or sites they advertise. The data used to show them is explained in the Privacy Policy.

4. "Remove ads" purchase

• It is a one-time, optional purchase. Google Play processes it and shows you the price in your currency before you confirm.
• It removes the banner and the ads shown between cases. Rewarded ads, which you can choose to watch to get a hint, remain available.
• It is linked to your Google account. If you change phones or reinstall the game, you can restore it from Options > Restore purchases.
• Refunds are governed by the Google Play refund policies, without prejudice to your statutory rights. If you have a problem with your purchase, you can also contact us.

5. Your progress

Your progress and settings are stored only on your device; there is no cloud backup. If you uninstall the game or clear its data, your progress is lost and we cannot recover it.

6. Changes and availability

We may update the game, change or remove features, or stop offering it. We do our best to make it work well, but it may contain errors and we do not guarantee that it will work without interruption on every device.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TechNicoIT is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the game. This does not exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

8. Intellectual property

The game, its graphics, texts and design belong to TechNicoIT. Taller SMD is made with Godot Engine (MIT license) and uses other third-party components under their own licenses.

9. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date. If the change is significant, we will also announce it on the game's Google Play listing.
